Rude customers. I went with my daughter last week, we had to wait for almost 15 minutes on the line for this lady in front of us that was very very rude with a young cashier, she wanted to pay $10 for a pair of pants that she found in a shirt section, cashier explained to her that ONLY shirts were $10, and she need it to pay $20 for those pants,the lady asked for the manager and explained the situation, yes, she had to paid $20 and there wasn't need to be rude at the beginning. Please be kind people.

They have cute baby clothing, but some of the worst employees ever. Their sale section had tons of pieces missing other pieces. They were all pretty neutral, so I thought I'd go ask how much those items would be (since I couldn't find the missing pieces). The lady at the register started making up random full prices, then made them less. I think she could see my confusion behind my mask. Instead of selling them at the prices she just quoted, she called over her manager because she said she was confused. Then the manager refused to sell the items because he was certain they would find the missing pieces. He told me I could wait "for a long time" while they go look. So I left. In an age where it's really hard to staff businesses, I understand the occasional person being less than helpful - but this store has always been rough to visit. Upper management should work to have some better training (and figure out their policies regarding missing items).

Store was clean and organized, however only one changing area on the first floor no changing rooms on second floor. Staff was friendly and helpful. Checkout was quick even with a line.
