If I could give minus stars I would. The manager has to be fired. She’s totally incompetent and rude to customers. Her attitude is something that shouldn’t be allowed. I’m going to find ways to complain about her higher. It’s nonsense that we have people like this dealing with customers.
Rude, unprofessional, refused to share her name as it is “ personal information”.

absolutely horrific experience i had today at willowbrook malls H&M. to start, I have a service dog. service dogs are permitted in the mall. i was shopping with my grandmother today, when she decided to try on a shirt in the fitting rooms. there were multiple people waiting outside the fitting room doors for the person they were shopping with (as one does when they want opinions from their friends/family on the clothes they are trying on), including myself. the fitting room employee approached me and told me i wasn’t allowed to wait there. i asked why? she responded with “your not allowed”. i said “how come everyone else is and i’m not”. she audaciously goes “because you have a dog”. i was genuinely stunned. and it was obvious too that my dog is a service animal. and i reminded her of that and she proceeded to tell me “you need to leave”. clearly an uneducated individual working there, but you’d think that a store would hire someone with the knowledge/or give them the knowledge that service animals are welcome as they are a service animal friendly mall. i was extremely offended and disappointed of H&Ms discriminatory behaviour and that those are the hiring standards. do better, absolutely disgusting.

Had a very disappointing experience trying to return less than $40.00 in clothing that was purchased less than 2 weeks ago. Tags on, receipt on hand. Instead of a friendly and sympathetic demeanour that was met with smirks and uncaring customer service. I had to call the corporate line for clarification on return policies and that representative was the only H&M employee in this situation to be helpful. They confirmed that Rubin was not the Store manager as I was falsely informed. The real store manager, Liv wouldn’t come out to assist me, it was apparent that they didn’t want to address the store associate named Rubin falsely representing themselves as the store manager. Was promptly dealt with by Sara who didn’t have to punch in anything special or complicated to allow the return rightfully to my account. I could go into greater detail about how I was given the run-around but I just wanted to leave this review so that others could be warned not to purchase anything from this store that has the slightest chance of being returned. The affordability of H&M is no longer worth the abysmal customer service!
