Brenda is responsive, professional, and most of all we can tell she actually cares about our little community. Each document request I've sent her were responded to within a few hours. She diligently follows up with maintenance projects like new roofs and window washing. And best of all, she tried her best to keep as many residents as possible engaged with the HOA. If you want your community to be a wonderful place to live in, I highly recommend HOA Community Solutions.

This company is a complete joke. I got a fine warning for my dog barking and a trash can being left out on a day both me and my dog were not even in town. So we can start there. I figure no big deal must be a mistake. I try to call but of course no one answers. They have a form on the back of the warning to try and correct any mistakes. I email that in and some emails me back and says one of the managers will be in touch with you before we issue a fine. So i don't hear anything until i get a fine sent to me. I fill the form on the back of that paper as well. Someone tells me someone will contact me I get the numbers instead, to reach out to BOTH people they said would reach out to me. Of course no one answers and there is also no answer for their front desk to direct me where to go. The answering machine said they would return calls after 3:00 and you guessed it no answer. So I try this for several days and still no answers. I have plenty of proof that this is in error, I have neighbors who will testify to the fact that it is wrong. I have asked several times if someone can provide any proof that these things are true and nothing. So I don't know what's going on and why you cant get a hold of anyone to resolve anything but it is ridiculous. If you don't believe me feel free to give them a call on their number. You can pick any extension. Update 9/16/24 : I have now left messages on 4 different people's voicemails. 10 days ago I got a response from someone that just told me I need to talk to one of the people I've been trying to talk to, they said I just have to trust them they'll get back by early next week. I gave them the entire week and still no response. I even had a message from the owner on this comment saying they want to resolve this for me and still no action.
