They open at 9:00, so you go in at 9:00, and then after waiting for 15 minutes and ringing the bell at the frame department, someone finally shows up and tells you that the frame shop doesn't open till 12:00. Where's the notification online? On the store front door? At the frame department desk? Nowhere, frustrated waste a trip to the store.

I am a crocheter so I went for the yarn of course! The store is smaller than the other locations but that is okay they had a great variety of yarn and color selections. My only complaint is at all the hobby lobbies I went to Every employee had attitude because there was a yarn sale going on and they actually had to mark down the yarn. to me it was comical because I knew why since I am part of a very large crochet group online so everyone was posting these dumps of yarn they had gotten from these sales nation wide. It's not my fault their was a sale I was super polite but I didn't appreciate the huffing and puffing when I was silently shopping not bothering said employees.
