This is an excellent hobby shop. Very helpful staff, huge store and excellent selection. Also, the mall was a very pleasant place to visit. I would return and recommend it for any gift ideas or people into RCs or model kits.

DON'T COME HERE! Staff have been extremely rude the two times I've been here, so I'm just going to go to International Model Toys in Seattle for now on for gunpla.

Employee was furious when I asked if we could look inside a really beat up gunpla box to make sure the parts were not damaged before buying. I was accused of trying to get a discount (never said anything like this), or that I wouldn't buy it if it were damaged (obviously). They clearly put the sale of broken goods over customer happiness. They were visibly upset that I interrupted their conversation about their rc cars with gunpla.

Love the new location across the street in the Redmond Town Center! Always the same great help from the guys behind the counter now with a better atmosphere and more floor space. I heard they may even start racing mini-z’s out front!
