Don't waste your time. They have nothing in stock and are rude on top of it. I have been spending a great deal of money here over the last 10 years, they know me by name and face. Today I was told "nevermind, I'm not trying to be rude, but you don't understand" by an employee because he misunderstood me, later he realized he was wrong but no apology. Plus there is nothing there to buy and terrible support. Not even stock on common things like batteries. Just shop on line.

As far as RC stuff goes, these guys are great. Plenty of parts in stock and really nice and knowledgeable staff. Be patient when they're busy and you'll be taken care of. And don't be afraid to trust the kid, he knows his stuff. Helped me get my Nitro Stampede back on the road.

I have always been treated with courtesy and helpfulness. My interest, RC trucks, requires a great deal of parts and equipment. Anytime they did not have exactly what I was looking for, they either specially ordered it for me or worked hard to search for a similar item. Great customer service!
