Our family was staying in Cultus Lake for a few days and I lost my contacts... I really only needed one pair until I got back home. I phoned around and other companies wanted me to make an appointment... see the doctor... $$ for a consultation... frustratingly overcomplicating the matter.
The staff at Hoedeman were friendly, transparent, efficient and understanding of the scenario. A quick $20 for a new pair that was very close to my prescription and I was on my way. Excellent service! Honestly, Hoedeman saved the day. Very happy customer.
