Two of my children and my husband have been taking piano lessons at the Hoffman Academy for a year. We've been extremely impressed by the professionalism of the staff and the progress that has been made in such a short amount of time. My daughter didn't want anything to do with having a man teacher but I made her interview with Joseph anyway. He was our first interview and she got in the van and said "Mom he's the teacher" We interviewed 4 other women teachers and each time she said "NO". He's passionate about instilling the love of music to everyone he meets. And he always makes us feel comfortable. My husband has been taking lessons with Kim for a term and he said she's great also! I don't know a whole lot about the other teachers but I know that if Joseph hires someone they must be good. I trust his judgement. If you want your child to love music this is the place!

My daughter started out watching the free online videos that Mr. Hoffman posted on youtube, and we realized the magic in his method when she persisted playing those on her keyboard for months.

We started sending our daughter to Hoffman Academy for semi-private partner lessons a few years ago and we couldn't be more thrilled. She goes to the class excited, enjoys practicing and has blossomed into a passionate young learner. What more could a parent ask for? She is very fond of her teacher Ms. Elizabeth Kohl. I highly recommend Hoffman Academy.

We found the best guitar teacher online for guitar in Justinguitar and now have the best teacher online for piano. Our 10 year old son loves Mr. Hoffman, is blasting through lessons and is hard to get away from the keyboard! Hoffman Academy is very well recommended (from Australia)
