We went to this awesome Hoka store on Melrose! It was a very friendly atmosphere with a colorful, “eye-candy” display. We were literally greeted by all the staff members and there was no wait time, even though there were other customers. Every customer seemed to have their own personal advisor. I had done a bit of homework on Hokas before going and thought I knew what I wanted, but I learned so much more. Christopher helped me and gave me much more insight and info about the different shoe styles and how they were designed to perform, as well as suggestions customized to fit my needs. I loved the fact that he owned the shoes that I was interested in and he could genuinely answer my questions about them because it made his advice very valuable. I purchased two pair in two different styles and I’ve already referred a friend to the Melrose store location. Great experience!

I bought my m Bondi 8 pair on recommendation from my podiatrist. I needed orthotics. My plantar fascitis was/is pretty bad so I was just getting back into walking. Maybe an hour a day. In less than 2 months your shoes were falling apart. You accepted my return but it cost me $60 to mail them back to you. I thought I'd get more use out of a $180 pair of shoes. Actually, they were $240 with the return. All of your other shoes are made of similar materials, meaning I can't trust any of them. You only gave me store credit and the only items that seemed ok were your recovery sandals. Just overall a bad experience.
