I ordered two drinks they were the wrong size, there was hair in one of the drinks, the employees were very rude and gave themselves a tip when I called they told me they would get they're manager to call me back but I never got a call

This is one of my favorite coffee places in my area. The ladies that work there are friendly and they know my order everytime we go there. They always greet us with a cookie for my dog and shower him with attention. Also, they make sure that I don't forget the blueberry muffin for my wife.

We went to Hold Your Grounds Espresso and they make amazing coffee drinks here! The staff was friendly and helpful as we are not from Spokane. I would highly recommend them for coffee and treats!
