Perfect location close to the Columbia River Gorge. As always, hotel and room was clean and comfortable. Wish Holiday Inn Express would update their showers to walk-ins only. Laundry facility available and was quick to wash/dry. Quiet hotel. Bed was comfy.

No cream for coffee at breakfast! Only flavored. When I asked for creamer they said they were out and didn’t appreciate my complaint because they don’t do the ordering. Maids have powder creamer for rooms, when asked about that, was told they didn’t have access to it. So none in kitchen and not worth bothering to get for customers. Apparently, no one on the staff seemed to care. Rooms are good but if coffee in the morning is important to you, then I’d stay somewhere else.

This place very nice, clean and the staff always available, are helpful and friendly. Good location for my stay, working in Troutdale. And close enough to Portland to go have a nice dinner every night. They do housekeeping dayli, and there is a swimming pool. Breakfast everyday, although I dint tey it.
