The front desk service from the lady that used to live in Carson City, where I'm from was spectacular. She got me into a room for early check in no prob and located where I asked. Super easy access to the front lobby as requested. The room was clean and no weird bugs crawling about or stray hair not of my color in the bed or bathroom. The water pressure was great and filled the bathtub in no time with endless hot water. The fridge and microwave worked fine.
The gym is smallish, but actually included a full set of free weights that went up to weights I'd never wanna lift. The water fountain was convenient for filling water that was filtered and cool. Breakfast was good as expected and the choices of food were basically the same as most IHG Holiday Inn Expresses. Yes, those cinnamon rolls are the best! I'd like it better though if instead of turkey sausage patties, they switched to pork, waaay more tasty! I did notice there were no biscuits and gravy this time.
I'd stay here again for sure.
