Worst experience ever. We booked 8 rooms for a wedding party. When we arrived the first disappointment was that the curtain showers liners were amber colored in at the bottom(mold) in multiple rooms and it smelled very bad. My room and some others were never cleaned/serviced, not even once in 5 days. I had to ask for clean towels in two ocasions, take the trash out to the hallway everyday and ask for trash bags at the lobby or take them from the cleaning cart myself. Same thing with the toilet paper had to ask for it. The pool was empty and under maintenance through the whole stay. For breakfast the pancakes machine was broken and had to buy breakfast for my kids 3 out of the 5 days of our stay. And to top it off we only had like 3 hangers per room. My dad ask for hangers they give him 3 more for 3 people that were staying in thay room. When he ask for more the second time the front desk send him to Walmart across the street to get them. Are you kidding me? When I say the worst experience I mean THE WORST. Is unbelievable especially for the amount of money they charged and made out of all of us. When asked for a voucher for breakefast and for not cleaning the rooms all that the manager authorized was 1 snack and one beverage. Serouisly? So to say something positive Before checking out I asked for two waters and the front desk knowing the breakefast/pancackes inconvenience was kind enough to give them to us. But that was the only positive thing so thank you for that.

Positive: The continental breakfast is excellent. It has a variety of hot cooked foods, juices, and a few packaged foods, and you can eat a full meal. It is also near useful stores and other restaurants. Negative: Note that the parking spots are small, which only matters if you have a large vehicle. One night, the air conditioner in the room over mine was dripping water onto a metal plate attached to my AC, making noise with each drip. But I really like it.

Positive: "" Negative: Hotel did not have an elevator and did not have any first floor rooms available. 80 year old guests have difficulty lugging large bags up steep stairs after day time auto driving.
