I choose holiday inn because of breakfast. I went to eat at 0820. The fridge only had milk. Cinnamon rolls are empty. Egg cheese omelette gone. What’s the point of advertising breakfast if there isn’t any? Usually I see the IHG crews killing it at breakfast, something is low another tray is already at the breakfast area. Maybe it’s just this location? The person in charge of breakfast was talking to employees at the front desk. I shouldn’t have to ask for more food. I ended up leaving the hotel without eating. I will choose another hotel with breakfast next time I’m in this area.

The hotel ambience is good but the bath tub was clogged and water was not draining. We called the hotel front desk and they were kind enough to come and fix it up . But we were asked to checkout without giving any extra time. The front desk was pretty rude when I asked for an hour extra time to check out. She mentioned it's just a small clog not sure what she expects. We were trying to fill out water bottles she mentioned don't empty the 2 gallon water is for everyone. Seriously you can even take water after charging us in $$$?We frequently stay in hotels but never experienced this before. I will never stay again where they can't allow us to take water.

The employees at this hotel are amazing and they are very friendly, honest, courteous and take care of military families! I highly recommend this site! The breakfast is excellent! A big shout out to management for running a great IHG hotel!
