We were greeted promptly and professionally. Check in was easy and quick. We were traveling with children. Our room was clean and met our needs with two queen beds, a desk, and two chairs - and the required TV, of course. We loved the Keurig in the room. The fridge didn't work well but we've found that normal for small hotel fridges and it didn't detract from our stay. The pool was warm and clean. We discussed on the way home how every hotel should keep their pools that temperature. It was so much more pleasant when the kids wanted to play for hours. The hotel location was great. There was a park with a playground within a few minutes walk. Just a bit farther was a Whole Foods store and restaurants. It was within walking distance of the Space Needle and other attractions while also having on-site parking. The breakfast provided was ample and had something for all of us. Our trip was a great success and the ease and comfort of this hotel had as much to do with that as everything else we enjoyed while in town.

The staff at the Holiday Inn Express was super friendly. The location is fantastic; we had a nice view of the Space Needle out our window. Lots of stuff within walking distance. The room we had was nice and big, but the bed wasn't that comfortable. Breakfast was the usual fare, it was fine. Overall a good place to stay.

The hotel was a little hard to find (it's right behind the Holiday Inn). Everyone we dealt with there was helpful and friendly. The room was fine. We had two double beds on the 3rd floor. The room was fine, but had some water spots in a couple of places on the ceiling and a couple of places where the wallpaper looked a little shabby, but it seemed clean. The beds were comfortable and there were different pillows to choose from. The shower had great water pressure. The free breakfast was fine. There were muffins, bagels, oatmeal, cereal, bacon, sausage, eggs (scrambled and hard boiled as well as an egg white omelet), yogurts, and fruits, and pancakes from a pancake machine. The breakfast room was packed at 8am but the staff kept it well stocked.
