The people working front desk were great. The room was clean enough- definitely not spectacular. However, when it came to the shuttle it was a nightmare. The guy driving the shuttle had no clue what was going on. They said airport entrance was closed with emergency vehicles and we’d have to walk from the Sheraton with a small child. When we got there, the airport was clearly not closed and we pointed this out to the driver. Ye was not fluent in English and insisted we walk. It was a HORRIBLE experience! We chose this hotel as it’s close to the airport and needed it to rest before our red eye.

First off the phone system to get thru to someone to make a reservation and get the airport shuttle is poor, then had to go thru it all again when the shuttle didn't show (it was a busy night and they were running behind). After that, all went well, just a couple small things to mention. Got to our room after a long day of air travel, went to use the bathroom and the toilet wouldn't flush. Front desk said something it being an eco toilet and to keep trying, finally it worked as it should. Shower had a grab rail which is important. Breakfast was good. Room nice and dark. Only complaint is the bathroom light is on a motion detector so in the middle of the night the bright light comes on, that really should be changed to a manual switch. Otherwise we'd probably stay again.

Had a reservation after a cruise for one night booked through Priority Club. Called for them to pick us up at the Airport. Watched 2 shuttles pass by us and then was told the driver was there now. Fifteen minutes later (waited total of 45 minutes) a van arrived and drove us to the Hotel. Went to front desk and watched as another guest checked in and was given a room at 10:30 AM. When we attempted to check in we were told our room would not be available for several hours. Asked how the other party was able to check in the representative told us that our type of room was not available. Then the representative told us that she had decided we could not stay there and cancelled our reservation. We asked to speak to the General Manager but she never came out of her office to speak with us. We called Priority Club but they advised us that the General Manager would not take their call and they spoke with the desk clerk. We were advised that there was nothing they could do because the hotel is an independent business and they have no control over them. I was able to go online and book an Embassy Suites Room in the same area for $50.00 less per night which included an evening reception and a better breakfast. Do not waste your time at this hotel.
