My girl vyola moved on but Madison was great at the front desk. I never noticed before but they have a fiberglass tub also. It doesn’t creak like other hotels I’ve been to though. I needed towels and Madison’s just went in the back and got me towels. Breakfast was fine. Shower worked great. There was plenty of ice in the machine. I like my holiday inn

Shawn...was the nicest young lady who has ever helped us at a hotel. So kind and considerate. She really was so helpful. We were on a med visit but wanted to stay one more night just to relax. I dig it there. I'm not a fan of Palmcaster but this hotel allows you to enjoy the weather and relax in a very clean room.

I’ve stayed here three times now on business trips. Each time, the staff has been so welcoming and accommodating. From letting me park near the door with valuables in the car to printing large documents late at night (thanks Kayla!), I’ve always felt welcomed and taken care of here. The rooms are clean and well appointed, and price is always great. What more can you ask for?
