Biggest issue upfront: they allow smoking in their outdoor areas, and they do NOT care if smoking employees affect their guests. Managers simply do not care and blame corporate that allows smoking. Unassuming rooms. Decent breakfast.
This hotel isn’t new as you walk through the hallways, but the rooms have been 100% redone new and they look amazing! Super clean, modern. All new bedding, mattresses, carpet, furniture & fixtures. Great water pressure, AC blows cold. Stayed only 1 night but would have loved to stay for a week. Alllll staff encountered was so nice &helpful. Especially Steven working overnights & Kim at the breakfast area. The included breakfast was appreciated; included plenty of hot & cold options. It didn’t taste great, but that is kinda standard when it’s included at Holiday Inn or similar. Overall I rate the stay a 9.5 out of 10, only cause of quality of food. Also large number of car chargers is a plus. I would absolutely stay again & recommend.
