As a result of my experience as a patient of Thai Ly, I now recommend him to all of my friends and family members. Through telemedicine, Thai was able to help me more than other doctors could in person. He ordered all diagnostic tests, renewed my prescriptions, and ordered treatment that ended up being exactly what I needed to get better. I feel great now, and I have never had a more positive experience as a patient with any other health care provider. He is lovely to speak to, professional, and went to great lengths to understand my past medical history and present symptoms. I wish there were more doctors around like Thai, but at least I have (finally) a health care provider now that I trust.

I have been working with Jane and her office for many of the residents in my facility for several months now. They are very thorough, timely, and consistently go above and beyond for their patients! Highly recommend!

Normally providers can't really be blamed for insurance denials issues, and I realize that. However, in the case of my husband, we got stuck with a $400 bill for unnecessary bloodwork, blood work, when I spoke with clinical staff on the phone upon receiving the bill, they said they were well aware of the noncovered diagnosis issue for this testing, but they failed to inform my husband when he agreed to the test. The staff kept trying to push me to take it up with Labcorp, but being in health information myself I am aware this was not a Labcorp issue--the provider is the one who used the diagnosis and ordered the test. The only thing left to try and get the test paid by insurance was to have the doctor write a letter of medical necessity. I called back when I learned this and left a message. No response. A few days later left another message. No response. The third time I left a message detailing the request for the letter of medical necessity, and asked for a call back to confirm this had been done. No response. They completely ghosted us. My insurance company never received a letter from the doctor. This was my husband's first visit and he was hoping to establish care here, by after this experience he won't return.
