I have fond memories of wearing casual jeans from the hollister store. Recently, much has changed for the better & it's nice to observe diverse sales associates of different culture backgrounds. At one point some years ago...sales floor associates working at various Hollister locations...all looked the same.

Wanted to try pants and a shirt on at 8:20 PM and they close at 9, blonde guy told me changing rooms are closed for today. Didn't buy either, bad for business .

I got banned from this hollister because I was suspected shoplifting. They found a sensor in my friends hand but it was closed and common sense tells you that if she took off the sensor ink would bleed all over the item but she didn’t have any item. I’m not saying don’t shop at the store but someone needs to teach them common sense. Also another thing they were looking at me weird and staring at me the most and giving me weird looks ever since we walked in and I felt very uncomfortable and I’m not assuming anything but I’m pretty sure it was because me and my friend are black. The store it self is a really good store but the customer service isn’t.
