Sadly my parents bought clothes for me from this exact store. I say sadly due to the poor quality of the clothing.
I love the style and prices, but I wouldn’t mind paying a bit more if that meant I could wash my clothes at least once without the clothing being damaged.

Wow, messy! I could not believe the lack of recovery management in this store. I understand this is a heavily trafficked store and that the sales attract a large amount of customers but there is no excuse for the state of that store over the weekend. There were only 1 set of fitting rooms open with 10+ people waiting to try things on even though there was another set of rooms on the other side of the store not being used. 1 woman was frantically folding jeans and kept darting glares at two associates talking/socializing (not working) noting that she could use some help but was ignored. The check out line was 15 to 20 customers deep with only 2 people on registers, again 2 employees were not helping. It took over half an hour to check out and not once were any of greeted or offered any help at any point during our ridiculously long visit.

It’s my first time going to this location and I was very impressed with store and the employees, as soon I walk in I had Jacky greet me with a smile. Jacky was very patient with me because I wasn’t sure what I was looking for but sure enough she was able to get me sorted out. Great location and amazing customer service definitely we’ll be coming back.
