I'm giving it a one star due to the bad service at this location (montebello). Heather, the store manager, has a very unprofessional/ negative attitude towards her employees. She publicly humiliated one of her male employees and I applaud him because he took it very well and continued working and helping customers. There were a few customers who said they would be reporting her.

Staff here is pretty ditzy. I asked for cologne samples and they gave me some however all the samples they gave me did you not have the product in stock why would they give me samples and not have the product for me to buy. I saw a jacket I like and it was a medium, so I asked the store guy if he had it in a large he took the jacket walked away started helping other guests when I asked him again minutes later he said oh that's the only one they have. Waiting in a long line I also had a few other questions that the staff was unable to answer and kind of gave me rood looks.
