Went to pick up an order online. The girl didnt know what "Surname" on my ID meant. Couldn't find my order because she wasn't looking at the right category because she didnt know which one was my last name.

Went in with my daughter & bought her a pair of jeans. The girl failed to remove the security chip & none of us noticed until we get home & she puts them on. I go back to the store the next day with the receipt. The manager begins to grill me about the fact the tags are off. I say my daughter removed them at home but who cares I have the receipt? The guy then proceeds to insinuate I stold the jeans & he can't remove the security chip with being able to verify my reciept with the tags. After a moment of me looking at him saying "Are you sure this is how you're going to handle this?!?!" He decides he'll "do me this favor because he remebers me being in the store te day before." Wow!
