The nurse's attitude was really unprofessional. my father went to the doctor on Sunday and they told him to go to the pharmacy last time to get the medicine, but when he got it, the pharmacy needed a confirmation call from Holly Park. When we came to meet and talk, she made us wait 20 minutes for nothing and made my father wait 2 more days to see a doctor to talk while my father was very tired. I asked her about the fact that they didn't notify the pharmacy on the previous visit, she said yes, I asked her to call to confirm, she refused. Really angry and incomprehensible.

The front desk staff were professional and efficient.
It would be more satisfactory if the clinic could provide an in person interpreter during filling appointments.
