Very nice and cordial but I guess they kill you with kindness to mitigate the pain from the bill. $4.5 a pound for a wash and fold is obscene and I live in Manhattan. I take full responsibility for not checking the ticket for the price before I left but $25 for washing 5Lbs of underwear, tee shirt and socks. Come on man!

Pretty pricey here. I brought a shirt in that I spilled on. They never called me to tell me it was ready and when I picked it up they were like sorry the stain didn’t come out. Doesn’t even look better at all. Honestly, I think I’ll have better luck with a regular wash. They are nice but I wouldn’t trust my nice things being washed here

I first came here because I needed suit alterations done. The alterations were quite extensive due to my preference of wearing tapered/slim suits. The quality was excellent and the turn around time was faster than big companies I’ve gone through. Staff is friendly, I’ll certainly be back for dry cleaning my suits.
