Was not impressed at all when I took my two dogs to be groomed. My smaller dog had a large bare spot on her back when I went to pick them up. When I inquired as to what had happened, I got a blank look and a "gee, I don't know". So I asked if someone could find out. That produced an annoyed look and a sigh. A few minutes later I was told that my dog had a "hot Spot". I've never heard of a "hot spot". And she's never had a "hot spot" in her 4 year life. We won't be going back.

They take excellent care in grooming my two dogs. We have tried many places in Burbank, and this place I feel is the best. The prices are reasonable and they genuinely care for the dogs. One of mine can be quite difficult, but has no issues here at all. Plus my lab mix always smells after a bath, but whatever they do, it's magic, because she doesn't. I do see how the owner come off a bit pushy, but I could see that it was out of genuine concern for the animals and what's best for them, so it didn't bother me. Will be going her from now on.
