My mom worked with Kathryn to improve our families eating habits. She gave us recipes to try, shopping tips, and taught us a lot about making healthy choices. I'm 16 years old and I honestly like the taste of the healthy food way better than the junk food. Also many of the recipes are easy and cheap to make. I'll be able to make them when I go off to college in a couple years! That makes my mom happy.

I was feeling pretty frustrated before working with this program and at a loss of what to do. I was hesitant to sign up because I wasn't sure what I had to learn and wasn't sure how helpful it would be. However, after I signed up I realized there was lots of stuff I didn't know and there were ways to change your diet that wasn't just restriction. I have lost weight as a result of this program, and I have been more consistently active. I have become more aware of my eating habits and how they make me feel, and how I can change those to work for me. I am excited about my nutritional goals in the future because they are broad enough that even with travel I can still feel prepared (in other words, I am not tied to shakes or a specific product). I specifically liked how flexible this service was with food checks, accountability, ability to check in whenever as needed, and using cronometer, as well as being encouraging. Flexibility with the program was a benefit, but also flexibility with food options--like finding alternatives to foods I didn't like. I cannot think of any improvements this program needs. I recommend this service to others!

I was not doing well before I started this program. I did not feel good about myself. I struggled with some pride and feeling that I should be able to do this myself, and find it hard to invest in myself, and I was also hesitant to sign up because I didn’t know Kathryn. However, I don’t think I could list all of the results I got from this program. It was a total game changer. Kathryn opened my eyes to many new food products. I appreciated her flexibility schedule-wise, and her depth of knowledge was awesome. She talked science, and I liked the “pop quizzes.” There were tons of benefits from working with Kathryn, such as the education, ability to contact her, the cooking demo, and the customized care because she actually cares! I realized I should have done her program a long time ago and not hesitated to do it. I have had a decrease in symptoms such as headaches and malaise and I am excited to eat food now as it no longer feels like the enemy; I am not trying to avoid food or convince myself not to eat it. It has been a month or more since I have felt guilty about eating. I have a much more positive outlook on my ability to lose weight and no longer feel hopeless. I am excited to eat dinner because I know I am going to eat well and then I do not feel I need to eat more. I eat till full and then done. I am excited for continued progress in the future. I would recommend this service to others and already have family in mind I hope will sign up! If you are unsure about working with Kathryn, I would say, “Do it!”
