I hired Home Alliance Los Angeles because my refrigerator temperature was not stable. They then sent a technician to fix it. He arrived minutes after I called and was able to point out the problem of the broken thermostat. I really appreciate their service, and I would certainly recommend them to everyone I know.

The reviews seem credible however my experience was a bit lackluster. I was able to phone in and explain my issues relatively easy and booked an appt for a technician to come out and pay for the service easily. They do send lots of random spam like emails so be warned. The cost is $99 however I paid $59 due to a promotion. The cost is apparently a monthly membership subscription and you can call or ask for technicians anytime during the month with this. I was told upfront that the $59 was just for the technician to come and see the issue however the cost does not go towards repairs. I was given a window of time from 9-12 however the technician did not come until closer to 1 and he apologized stating he was extremely busy. He looked at my issues really quickly, very experienced and was gone in 5 mins. He stated that labor for each item is $180 plus parts so I was looking at close to $450 total to replace a part in my stove and to clean the filter in my fridge. I knew this was overpriced but he seemed rushed so we scheduled his return two days later at 10. As soon as he left I called the company and inquired why I would need to pay two labor costs both $180 for repairs that would take less than 5 mins each. ( I YouTubed and they are simple fixes) I stated I was willing to get one fixed since it would require a bit more expertise but not the other and to let me know what they can do. I was told no worries they contacted the dispatch and he will still come and I can decide to do or not do the fridge. The day the technician was supposed to arrive he did not, when I called I was told it was not communicated for them to dispatch because I had payment questions. I explained that I had a payment question on the fridge and not the stove. They apologized and stated they would send a technician out however the cost would be the same because the cost includes 10% discount as a member… 360 for labor and 220 for parts. I was put on hold several times and heard the “manager” coaching the person on the phone on how to work with me. It was weird. I immediately no longer wanted to do business and made sure my “membership” was cancelled. Unfortunately I would be wary of this place and their high costs. YouTube will help you.

All in all, I had a good experience, and I will definitely remember this company's number for when I need repairs completed! I am grateful to their technician for resolving my stove's overheating issue within a few hours. While repairing my appliance, the guy is exceedingly careful and professional. Without a doubt, I will give Home Alliance Los Angeles another call in the future and enthusiastically endorse it to everyone I know!
