Paid over a thousand dollars for a couch last year, within 3 months the springs broke and the cushion had tears in it. We called and it took 3 weeks for them to pick it up and 4 weeks to get it back! The fix job was terrible, it was totally obvious that someone had just taken a needle and thread and tried to sew back the two pieces that had been torn and did an aweful job. The couch also had new tears in it that we're not there when we let them take it out of our home. This all happened back in May of last year and we are STILL getting the run around from the store. I am stuck with a couch that has tears in it. Very poor business ethics! Every time we call we are told the owner isn't around or he'll call us back but he never does.
