Excellent customer service and technical support. Steve Swanson was the amazing technician who trouble shot our heat pump problem. He was very efficient and took time to answer all my questions. And now it works perfectly! Thanks Steve you are awesome!!! I would give Steve FIVE stars plus!!!

Our lead heat pump installer (David Chesser) was terrific -- arrived on time, kept us in the loop on progress, attentive to cleanliness, and gave us a full orientation to the new system at the end of the day, including the new heat pump, the updated furnace layout, and the Ecobee thermostat and app. In addition, his assistant (Ryan) was equally terrific -- friendly and informative and professional -- despite both of them putting in a very long day. Highly recommend both!

After 10+ years of service Home Comfort/Sullivan is still top shelf group for us. The office staff is really great scheduling and follow up. Steven the tech on site, took his time and did a good job. It sure is nice to see an organization can retain qualified service techs.
