Home Instead was very professional from the beginning. Our intake provider Nicole was very informative and knowledgeable and gave us the information we needed to make a decision on the type of service we were looking for. She was patient with us while we were making our decision. There was excellent follow up when the service started. She wanted to ensure my mother was getting the care we expected and that her needs were being met.

When it comes to caregiving, Home Instead truly excels with its exceptional personnel. Over the years, they have provided invaluable support for our elderly family member with special needs in his 70s. Among the dedicated caregivers, three individuals stand out: Nicole Libreros, the Client Care Coordinator, and caregivers Eric and Dip. They epitomize dependability, compassion, and trustworthiness, consistently going above and beyond. Their innate ability to empathize with patients is remarkable, often anticipating my elder's needs with incredible sensitivity.

Very helpful; I have balance problems and my needs are recognized and cared for, even anticipatory. Some reminders are helpful. Good cheer is always appreciated and makes for a pleasant day and association. I am very happy to have their services.
