Miss Lucena has been caring for my Mom for 2 years. She is so patient and understanding with her. As Mom's Alzheimer's has progressed, Lucena and Home Instead have enabled us to keep Mom in her home where she's most comfortable. I can't even begin to say how much it's meant to my family to know she's getting the care and companionship she needs.

Home Instead has done a great job taking care of my grandfather. Rose and Mulu provided safe, compassionate, and dignified care. He looked forward to their nightly shifts and conversation. I would highly recommend Home Instead to anyone looking for homecare for their loved ones. Regarding scheduling, billing, and questions the office staff was very responsive and accommodating. Again, I can't say enough positive things about them. You won't be disappointed in the care.

The entire Home Instead team is exceptional, from the Intake process to having Riley McCall promptly schedule (and reschedule as necessary) caregiver shifts, to the thoughtful, reliable, and compassionate care provided by Mulu, Mikayla, and others. I would 100% recommend that anyone in need of home care use Home Instead and we won't hesitate to use them again when needed!
