Our care coordinator has done an exceptional job finding the perfect care aide for my mom. She really worked with us to help my mom feel comfortable with the process. my mom has not been thrilled to have someone help her in her home. Plus, my mom has a big dog that can seem scary at first, which makes finding a care aide challenging. I’m sure all of this poses a huge challenge for the care coordinator but she rose to the occasion.

The Seattle branch of Home Instead has been absolutely wonderful for us. My mother can be cantankerous when something isn't to her liking, and she wasn't happy about having 24/7 caretakers in her house. Kudos to the entire team who handled her with grace and aplomb.
And a special call out to Kevin who repeatedly has gone above and beyond to meet our needs and deal with my mother's crankiness. Lining up service on an emergency basis starting on Christmas Eve and carrying through the entire holiday season was an impressive feat, and that's just a sample.

Our family has been working with Home Instead Seattle for 4 months now and we are extremely pleased with the services and caregivers and the Caregiver Coordinator. Our mother has mixed dementia, early stages, and we have been able to work with the Caregiver Coordinator to provide the best level of service hours and schedule the caregivers for the optimal care of our Mom's needs. In addition, having a trusted caregiver has significantly reduced the stress on me and my family and allowed our mother to stay living in her apartment. A special shout out to the caregiver team of Nidhi, Charles, Kofo and Mirna. Thank you all so much!
