Home Instead has been providing in-home care for my mother, going on 2 years. Management is responsive to our questions and was helpful in getting her claim approved through her long-term healthcare insurance. They even work directly with the insurance agency so that we don't have to deal with reporting. The people who have provided Mom's care have been kind, helpful, and well-suited to their job, and their ability to provide companionship. Finding help for a parent is a huge undertaking, potentially with much trial and error. We used another agency before settling on Home Instead, and are happy we made the switch.

Our experience with Home Instead of Olympia has been excellent! The communication between their office and our home is the best I have had with a care company. The quality of care professionals and the careful matching Home Instead has done to ensure the best fit possible for my Dad has been very appreciated. The responsiveness and procedures in place for when we have had medical events has also been great. I highly recommend!
