Highly recommend Home Instead Senior Care anytime I hear someone needing help. We’ve had multiple Caregivers over the past few years as needs and schedules have changed. Each Caregiver has been attentive, thoughtful, caring and clearly well-trained. Most importantly, Mom has enjoyed her time with each one.

Home Instead was a "life saver"! When an urgent healthcare need arose, we contacted their Office and immediately were reassured that appropriate 24/7 care could be started and provided for a week or more, with a flexible schedule toward the end of the requested service. Talk about a "dream come true", AND, they delivered!!! The caregivers were competent, kind and genuinely caring, honored our personal requests, and totally complied with Covid precautions. The weekly schedule appeared almost seamlessly with service reduction as our care needs decreased. We recommend Home Instead unequivocally to anyone who has sudden or long-term home care assistance needs. Their caring and management are exemplary! THANK YOU ALL!!!!

I have been a client of Home Instead, Sunnyvale, for nearly two years, long enough to know them well. Their caregivers are superbly trained, kind, courteous people. This is especially important to me as my condition deteriorates. My frequent experiences with owner Michelle Rodgers, from day one, have always reinforced my total confidence in them. I have decided to age in place until the end, and Home Instead is the right partner for me to have.
