Bella was exceptional all throughout my refinancing process. Bella not only clearly and eloquently answered all of my questions, she also kept me updated on all of the current steps from beginning to end.
Aside from the 'business' phone calls, there was an instance where I was under the weather. Bella was kind, compassionate and called to check in on my well being. No business talk simply a 'How are you today' and 'Do you need anything'? This kind gesture goes to show the kind heart and guiding light that she is.
