After some water damage to our bathroom, I needed a full remodeling and decided to do some upgrades too. I talked to several contractors and after getting many replies that they couldn't start right away or that they needed a minimum budget that was way above the estimates. Finally, I talked to Igor from Reliable Home Remodeling & Renovation. Igor explained me plain and simple what was needed to be done. He worked with me and my insurance company to do the job on a reasonable budget and on time. They started a week early and finished the job in the time frame they specified. Throughout the job he asked me how I would like the stuff done like the direction of the tile and the color of grout and so on. Every one of the workers was really nice to work with and did a fantastic job. I am pretty happy with the look of my new bathroom. Yes, you should totally go for them.

Marin Roundtree Hoa, hired Home remodeling contractor to remodel a clubhouse at an hoa. Igor was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He offered great ideas and beautiful samples to choose from. The remodel was very successful and 150 homeowners loved it. I am planning to hire Igor to do more work in my home. Thank you so much.

Igor and his team at RRR did a great a job fixing up our decks, including replacing dozens of rotten boards and staining/painting multiple decks across many levels on our large hillside house in Mill Valley. Igor offered solutions that would keep the deck in good working order at a very reasonable and fair price point. His team worked around our schedule and finished the job a couple days early. I'd strongly recommend them for any deck or other contracting jobs and look forward to working with them again in the future.
