We recieved frantic, flakey customer service while buying a new oven. They were supposed to get it ready for us to take home, several hours later it still wasn't ready for us to load into the truck. When we got the oven home and installed it, there were't any knobs. We called them and they ordered knobs, from the manufacturer... AND THEN THEY CHARGED US NOT ONLY FOR THE KNOBS, BUT THE SHIPPING TOO! Awful experience all around.
