Don’t use them if you can avoid it. bills are irregular and they will not return calls or emails. We are always charged for our 3000 usage included in base rate. I sent checks for a year and none of them got cashed. Our bill is ridiculous and still can not get threw to resolve any issues. A resident of over 15 years.

Same exact issue as Krista. Our water bills are all over the place for years now. We had a huge charge on our bill and could not get ahold of anyone to explain what it was. Our bill is out of control with NO explanation! I didn't even think we had a water district and we were just part of Carson PUD. Now they want us to pass a water Levy!? For what!? No one works there. New Toyota truck for the water meter kid?!
