We had a great stay! It was a quick trip but this was a perfect place for it. Location was excellent, room was spacious, nicely decorated and had all the basic amenities like microwave, sink, coffee maker and fridge.

Didn’t engage with guest services much but when we did they were helpful and nice.

We booked the King Studio Suite. The room was very comfortable in terms of size and amenities — you get your own mini kitchen equipped with basic utensils, a good-sized bathroom, good storage space + tables, the bed was comfortable (especially the pillows), and the towels were really nice too. The room does not have a bath tub nor slippers. But all the other standard hotel amenities are available (like ironing board, safe, and blow dryer).

The service is terrific! Staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast is good. Check in and check out is quick. The hotel is clean and I love the communal areas available, like the fire pit and lounge areas. The location is very ideal, as it's along Big Bear Blvd, which means it's near all the places you'd want to visit.

Something to note, you need to pay $20 for parking per night. The parking entrance is through Summit Road, at the back of the hotel.
