Although the rooms are nice customer service is awful. I didn't know there would be a $25 parking fee plus tax. If you stay at the Hilton Garden Inn up the street you are treated with respect as a Diamond member and given free parking. Forget trying to speak to front office staff they are rude and disinterested. I left some items at the hotel and it was hell getting them back. They told me they throw items from lost and found out after a week. Huh? Would never go back. I just read someone had their car stolen there because there's no security. Their breakfast was subpar.

Really bad front desk service. Room was clean, but it’s pretty outdated. No smart TV, so many colors that don’t go together… blue, brown, pink, purple, gray, green… every lamp has a different light bulb… only one elevator working so have fun going to breakfast, it was a nightmare had to take stairs many times. Breakfast was good tho. Overall wouldn’t stay again.

I've stayed at this property many times and for the most part have been satisfied. However this stay was unpleasant. The hotel seems to have an ant problem. Ants in bathroom, bed, dresser. I had to be moved. The second room was fine until I seen ants crawling on the bathroom wall. UNTIL they fix the issue I will stay away...itching while typing this review
