Nice big room. Mine had king bed, couch, and kitchenette. The free breakfast was great too.

Front desk employees in the early morning hours, as well as the shuttle driver, were not cordial or friendly at all.

We visit thousands of hotels and Hilton properties across the united states and this one is a definite NOPE.

rooms can be clean if you're lucky, just make sure you check bed to see if they actually changed the sheets. (You may find crumbs under those blankets)

Thanks again to those ladies at the front desk on Friday morning last week--- you two were the epitome of hospitality! insert sarcasm

It's official, I will only stay here whenever I travel to Yakima! I was sad that I only had one night to enjoy my absolutely fabulous suite. I felt like a VIP from the moment I checked in. The gal at the front desk was so kind and helpful, I wish I had her name. I will recommend this hotel to everyone!
