Just got my home inspection from Charles Cilibrasi and pest inspection with Daniel Hatch from Home Guard and I can just say these employees goes above and beyond on the job!! It had just rained over the weekend and the crawl space for the property was very muddy and moist. He and his colleague suited up and tackled the challenge of checking structure. Customer service was top notch and he was very professional and knowledgeable in his field. Would gladly recommend this man for detailed home inspection.

Engaging with customer service reps has sadly been added to my "avoid unless absolutely necessary" list. Today I spoke with both Melanie and Maylene. Between the two of them, I was supported as I fumbled for the right words and tried to get my questions answered as a recent first time home owner navigating inspection paperwork from the purchase of our home. The patience, kindness, and ability to get the needed support was such a breath of fresh air. If you dread customer service interactions, ask for Melanie or Maylene. I totally vouch for their professionalism and kindness!

Katherine Black and Sherese Denta provided excellent service for my inspection request. Katherine was able to get our inspections scheduled earlier than initially planned, which is of great help in my situation.
