If caregivers systematically showing up for their shift is what you’re looking for then avoid this place. I’m sure the owners mean to do better but when seeking care for people intentions do not help a family.

Constantly sent new people that you had to go over everything with repeatedly - about 1/2 didn't know how to fix food unless you told them how. Many just sat unless asked to do something. They did not appear to have any training with Alzheimers. Would not recommend.

We used Homelife Senior Care for my ailing father this last summer and they were incredible. Its very stressful to let strangers into your home, in an intimate setting, during stressful times, but my family and I are so grateful we made the call, and within days we had friendly and professional help. A huge relief to our family. Going with a local company in east contra costa county was a big plus too. The caregivers are local, helpful, the cost is reasonable and over time they become not just caregivers, but like family friends. Thanks to homelife for everything, we highly recommend them to any family in need.
