Very expensive, broken items and the store was in disarray. Was not greeted and the whole experience wasn't fun

I bought a painting from here and it was amazing! It looked so good and a good bargain and the manager was so nice! She was the best manager I've ever seen and when it came to customer service and satisfaction, it is the best HomeSense store to go to. The manager was Kaitlin M. and she deserves to get a promotion. If the HomeSense committee sees this, please raise her rank up as she is running the while store and keeping customers to come back because of her amazing attitude.
