Updating my review to 5 stars after Zack and Jojo were able to assist me with the situation I was dealing with. They were very understanding and helped to make sure that my service was completed and ensure I was 100% satisfied. Jojo was very professional and helped to answer any questions I had during the service. Despite the initial problem I had, I am now pretty happy with HomeShield Pest Control.

I just received my first service today. My tech was good at communicating, calling me ahead of time, friendly, and knowledgeable. Now, I just have to wait a few weeks and fingers crossed that all the bugs will be gone.
