I was disappointed to know my service was missed, however, Diedra sent a new rep and things went exceptionally well. I can tell he took special interest in checking around the perimeter to make special treatment was done on the areas of concern. 5 stars!

I have had Home Team spray in my Taxx system (tubes built in my home) & it worked with 2 treatments to get rid of my pests (lg water bugs) from coming in my home. I called them today to get their service & the salesperson was very polite & gave me a discount for the initial treatment. Then she called me back & said it flagged my case because i stopped service after 2 treatments 2 yrs ago. I told her I didn’t do anything wrong, I was told I could cancel at any time. She said she will check & get back to me. She called back several hours later & told me I would have to pay for an entire year at over $1200 annually. I asked about getting only one treatment & she said it would be $350 for 1 month. I was told again before my case was flagged i could cancel anytime when she read me their terms. I am a retired senior & this is just too much for my fixed income to pay. I am very upset to be treated this way when i have an excellent credit score & I am always treated very respectfully because i always pay all my bills timely. I wanted their service because of the tubes in my home.
