Besides providing an excellent product, just as important and invaluable was their customer service. They were incredibly patient, persistent (I was difficult to reach at times), and professional. I'm thrilled that we now have a go-to partner for our logo-wear.

While I love to shop local stores, the past two interactions I have have with Hometown have been disappointing. They made a mistake on my son's track uniform and I had to pick it up the day of his first meet (and not the size I ordered) and now I am still trying to get the correct order for a sweatshirt I ordered going on three weeks later. We are about to no longer need the sweatshirt. Customer service should be improved in order to maintain customers.

For years I use to drive by Hometown Sports and thought they just outfitted whole teams. One day I was desperate for an athletic shirt, customized for a two year old. I stopped into Hometown thinking this was to be the first of many stops in the quest for a 2T shirt. I was so mistaken. The staff was incredibly helpful, highly courteous and ordered a quality - right size shirt for me. The silk screening was perfectly executed which was no small feat on such a small shirt. This project was accomplished within a week! WOW!
