I had a great experience with Honda and Acura service. They are very professional and honest. I brought my car to them for an evaluation because my car had a weird noise and not functioning normally after a front bumper replacement done by a certain body shop. Rene helped me check thoroughly and found the problem. He found that the work done by the bodyshop was subpar and my bumper was even missing the majority of the screws and clips that hold the bumper to my car. Furthermore, he found the source of the loud noise I experienced which was a damaged muffler that might had happened in the body shop. I took Rene’s report and sent my insurance and thankfully they were willing to make the correct repairs.
I would have not known about all this problems have I not taken my car to Honda and Acura service. Especially since the problems could only be seeing underneath the car. So, make sure you check the work done by the body shop before you leave.
I definitely recommend Rene and his Auto shop for any Honda service. The customer service is very friendly and easy to communicate with. I’ll be coming here for my Honda car needs.
I recently had the opportunity to have my 2015 Honda Pilot worked on at Honda & Acura Service H&A. I always have such a wonderful experience every time I go here! The prices are reasonable and the staff have always been very friendly. I’m so thankful and I will be returning. Can’t recommend them enough, after having to worry about the potential issues I might have had, I was reassured about how quick and simple the services I needed really were. If you’re someone that stresses out about your car or finances or both, H&A might be your best bet, it definitely was for me!
