I arrived to a very small area with 3 tables (granted, the tables had excellent designs with a find-it game). As we walked up to the counter to order, the staff lady was polite and all. We tried to order a ramen bowl, and almost every ingredient we wanted was, "Sorry, we're out of that." They were even out of bottled drinks that we wanted. Eventually, it took so long to order that her computer logged her out, and she had to restart our entire order. After we ordered, I was told by a person from the back, "We're out of the eggs. Do you want a refund for those?" The bathroom was dirty, the soap dispenser didn't work, and the towel dispenser didn't work. The ramen and boba was unbelievably expensive -- for 3 people, our total was around $80. After our food came out, we started eating but were never given any utensils until we asked for them. One of the chopsticks was broken that we were given. Then the food was very bland. The noodles seemed rubbery, the carrots were super crunchy, and I left feeling unsatisfied and still hungry. The watermelon-strawberry smoothy was way too sweet -- tasted like a Jolly Rancher. The strawberry boba was so sour we couldn't drink it. Overall, I'd never go back. Way too expensive, way too awful of an experience, and the food was definitely not worth it.
